1. Who we are

GPH Digital LLC ("we", "us") operates the public website www.adsgo.app and an internal advertising-management application called AdsGo. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

2. This website

This website is informational. It does not have user accounts, forms, or analytics scripts of our own, and it does not set cookies of its own. It is served through Cloudflare, which may process standard connection data (such as IP address and request headers) to deliver and protect the site, as described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

3. AdsGo (internal application)

AdsGo is used only by authorized GPH Digital LLC staff. It is not offered to the public or to any third party. Access is protected by single sign-on (Cloudflare Access). AdsGo does not collect personal information from consumers and does not track visitors of the products we advertise.

4. Google user data and the Google Ads API

AdsGo connects to the Google Ads API using a Google Cloud service account for advertising accounts that GPH Digital LLC owns and controls. It reads campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, search terms) and makes changes to campaigns in those accounts (budgets, bids, keywords, negative keywords, status). AdsGo does not request access to any individual Google user's account, mailbox, contacts, or files, and it does not use Google user data for advertising to third parties, for selling, or for any purpose other than operating our own advertising accounts. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Affiliate-network data

To attribute sales to our advertising, AdsGo receives aggregate and order-level commission reports from the affiliate networks we work with. These reports identify orders by network order ID and product; they do not include purchaser names, addresses, or payment details.

6. Where data is stored and for how long

Operational data is stored on servers we control, encrypted in transit, with access limited to authorized staff. Campaign and report data is retained while the corresponding advertising accounts are active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and audit purposes, then deleted.

7. Sharing

We do not sell or rent any data. We share data only with service providers needed to run the application (hosting, email delivery, network security) under their respective terms, or when required by law.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above will change accordingly.
